It all started with a simple moment

The look in a pet's eyes asking for something more than food or a walk. Asking for understanding. In that instant, we realized the world of animals is full of love… but also of chaos: scattered information, isolated services, lack of organization, disconnected communities. And we asked ourselves: how, in the age of technology, can life with our pets still be so hard to manage?

That's how Petxam was born — not as an app, but as a mission: to build the place where everyone who loves animals can bring their world together. A space where an owner, a vet, a shop, an NGO, a caregiver or a rescuer can all have a shared digital home. We didn't want to create just another service; we wanted to create an ecosystem where every love story between a human and a pet could live better.

We started with a simple idea

What if we could solve, in a single platform, everything that revolves around having a pet?

Vaccines, health, services, shopping, adoptions, emergencies, walks, community. That question became the heart of the project.
