Petxam is building a digital ecosystem for life with pets: health and wellbeing, professional services, community, adoptions, and tools for animal welfare organizations.

The website is currently in a pre-launch phase: its purpose is to inform about the project and let interested people (pet parents, professionals and organizations) leave their contact details to receive updates. App availability, features and launch dates may change without notice.

3. Third-party services and Petxam's role

Once the Platform is operational, some of the services shown (for example, veterinary, grooming, training, or product sales) will be provided by independent professionals, shops or organizations ("Third Parties"), not by Petxam.

Petxam will act as a technological intermediary between Users and Third Parties, facilitating discovery, communication and, where applicable, the contracting of such services, but will not be a party to the contract formed between the User and the Third Party, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

4. Access and use conditions

Access to the website is generally free of charge. Registering to receive updates (through the contact forms) requires providing accurate and up-to-date information.

• Using the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Petxam or third parties is prohibited.

All content on the website (text, design, trademarks, logos, code and illustrations) is owned by Petxam or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under intellectual and industrial property law.
